Patrick’s directing career began with 3 award-winning student shorts. The end of 2003 saw his music video debut with the widely acclaimed clip for Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ “Maps.” Since then he has produced a heralded body of work, including the recently much publicized videos for Depeche Mode, Department of Eagles and Grizzly Bear. His video for Feist’s “1234” became an internet phenomenon and the centerpiece in the Apple iPod ads. He won the award for Best International Video at the CAD’s and was nominated for a Grammy Award.
Patrick began directing commercials in 2007. He completed two spots for the new launch of the Microsoft Zune, which helped him win The First Boards awards, Best Director in 2008. So far in 2009 he has directed ESPN through Weiden & Kennedy NY and is currently shooting Johnnie Walker through BBH London.
